This is our Rosehip & Nettle Mead made from raw Welsh honey and locally foraged rosehip and nettle. It's medium/dry with great complexity. We're particularly proud of this one – Beth's inspiration and she won't let me forget it! Honey overtones (of course) with great complexity and a medium-dry finish.
Medium-Dry. ABV 10.9%, 70cl, stopper cork hand-sealed in wax.
NOTE: We use a weak sulphite solution when cleaning/sterilising our bottles and this may leave a trace of sulphites in the mead. Fermentation can also generate sulphites naturally. Therefore, anyone likely to haven allergic reaction to sulphites should proceed with caution.
SERVE CHILLED & STORE UPRIGHT IN A COOL PLACE. OPEN AND ALLOW TO BREATHE BEFORE SERVING.
