Another of Beth’s inspirations. Delicious, full-bodied mead made from Welsh hone and figs. Serve lightly chilled or ambient.
70cl, 14.6% ABV, stopper cork hand sealed in wax.
NOTE: We use a weak sulphite solution when cleaning/sterilising our bottles and this may leave a trace of sulphites in the mead. Fermentation can also generate sulphites naturally. Therefore, anyone likely to haven allergic reaction to sulphites should proceed with caution.
We do not use artificial preservatives, so once opened, store in a cool dark place. Unfinished, replace the cork and refrigerate.
